About The Role
We are seeking a Practice Coordinator to join our Economic Consulting business practice. The Practice Coordinator will be a self-driven, critical thinking professional with strong people skills and the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization. Based on business need, this unique position will support practice operations as well as marketing coordination projects. The practice support will include administrative assistance, business development, practice operations support, project management, and as-needed support to the broader team. The marketing support will include working on content creation, digital marketing, social media, market analysis, event coordination, and internal communications. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to drive the execution of key initiatives and internal processes across a rapidly growing practice.
What You’ll Do
- Provide essential practice support including (but not limited to): administrative assistance, business development, practice operation support, project management, and as-needed support to the team
- Provide essential marketing assistance including (but not limited to): content creation, digital marketing, social media, market analysis, event coordination and internal communications
- Undertake ad-hoc projects to support practice, segment, and firm-wide goals
- Serve as the main point of contact to senior leadership to drive initiatives and day-to-day processes as prioritized by the leadership team
- Serve as a key liaison among team staffing coordinator, leadership and junior staff to assist with engagement staffing to help balance engagement team effectiveness with team member development requirements
- Gatekeeper for application licenses for team toolset, e.g. Insiten platform, SmartSheet
- Create and proofread business development and team specific marketing materials, including pitch materials
- Manage P&R Knowledge Management and maintain SharePoint repository of materials for business development, engagements, and other purposes
- Track pursuits and perform new client set up activities, from managing Salesforce entries to drafting engagement letters
- Manage and create as needed practice documentation, including professional biographies, qualifications, pitch materials, engagement documentation, and thought leadership

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of post-graduate professional experience in practice support, business management, or project management
- Experience within professional services or related industry
- Strong Proficiency in Salesforce or related platforms, and Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, MSWord, and SharePoint
- Exceptional proofreading skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel to FTI office(s) as needed

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to learn the business and develop team members
- Ability to execute with a sense of urgency and high degree of efficiency
- Decisiveness and excellent use of independent judgment
