Job Details
An opportunity has arisen within Europanel for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the ever-growing Europanel team for a duration of 12-14 months.
You will work closely with the Marketing & Events Manager and the Leadership Team which consists of 8 leaders in the market research industry to provide administrative support.
Reporting into the Marketing & Events Manager, you will play a key role in helping to drive efficiency across the Team by managing all administrative tasks. This will be achieved through supporting tasks and decisions that are crucial to the strategic running of the business.
This is a unique opportunity for someone to work in a vibrant, dynamic and diverse atmosphere and will require someone who is tenacious, organised and efficient.
Main Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for diary management by organising and maintaining multiple diaries
- Manage meeting logistics, arranging rooms & refreshments etc
- Attend meetings, taking minutes and creating action plans
- Producing and collating high quality documents and presentations in Word & PowerPoint
- Updating, organising and maintaining documents across the various Europanel platforms
- Liaise with the wider business to gain and compile information for our Cloud platform and EP website
- Assist the ELT with other administrative tasks
- Connecting and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels across Europanel and our partners
- Support and engage with various People Leadership Team initiatives such as internal promotions and employee engagement
- Onboarding and offboarding Europanel new starters/leavers
- Assist with social media promoting Europanel on Linked-in, etc…
- Managing our mailing lists and creating accounts for both clients and stakeholders
- Ownership of booking all travel and tracking travel against the T&A budget
- Ad hoc projects
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and multi-task
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and ability to build relationships across the business at all levels
- Able to operate with integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential information
- Cultural Awareness
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
