Brief Description

Provide an efficient and effective general administrative, technical and analytical service to the lead manager and their team.

About the role (External)

This is an excellent opportunity to provide valuable support and contribute to the efficient and effective operations of our lead manager and their team.

As a Technical Clerk, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative, technical, and analytical tasks. Your role will involve providing crucial support to the lead manager and their team, ensuring smooth and streamlined operations.

  • Are you good at administering general administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Can you provide technical support by gathering, analysing, and organising data for various projects and initiatives.
  • Are you able to assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Can you coordinate and maintain effective communication channels within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Are you good at managing and organising documentation and records to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.
  • Are you able to collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implementing efficient processes and procedures.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organisational and time management skills. You should also have a keen eye for detail, be proficient in technical analysis, and have strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Previous experience in a similar administrative or technical support role is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of relevant software and tools.
