Senior Planner – Warwickshire – Retail/ HotelsLocation: Based in Warwickshire (4 days per week)Rate: £450 – £500 per dayDuration: 6 months +IR35 Status: Outside ScopeOur client who is one of the UK’s top national Contractors, is seeking a Senior Planner to work on live works Planning on two projects on Asta PowerprojectThis Senior Planner will be capable of creating plans from first principles and working as part of a team to produce programmes on Asta Powerproject related to two live projects.This will be liaising with the project teams and monitoring and updating the programme.Based from site in WarwickshireSenior Planner Requirements
- Major building experience is needed
- Project experience such as Commercial, Hotels, Healthcare, Schools and Student Accommodation
- Main contractor experience
- Degree educated or chartered is desirable although not essential.
- Strong experience working on multiple projects
- Experience and proficient in the use of Asta Powerproject
