Help Desk Specialist

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Help Desk Specialist for one of our contracts that offers exciting opportunities to support essential services and mission critical activities across the enterprise. The selected candidate will join a team supporting eCommerce. The eCommerce system allows agency offices, DoD offices, and trading partners to transfer critical business data electronically via the Maryland Procurement Office (MPO) website. Our mission supports the Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) by providing full life cycle support services through the sustainment, modernization, and transformation of the enterprise corporate applications. As soon as an employee enters a customer facility, they touch one of these applications which are critical to the daily functions of thousands of users across acquisition, business, finance, HR, training, recruitment, program management, security, logistics and more. Key Technologies:

• AutoDesk
• Atlassian Tool Suite
• Microsoft Office

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree from an accredited college or university in a technical degree field is required.
• Two (2) years of Help Desk experience may be substituted for an Associate’s Degree.
• Experience with Help Desk support tasks involving user accounts, granting permissions, and responding to trouble tickets.
