What is the opportunity?

To provide administrative and logistical support to the Global Market London platform.

What will you do?

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to include:
  • Booking business travel / accommodation / events
  • Processing expenses
  • Monitoring whereabouts and holiday bookings
  • Helping with presentations and preparation of other documents
  • Arranging meetings as required for Front Office staff
  • Support marketing / entertainment events
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve processes and save costs within the business
  • Support Business Management and Executive Assistants as required

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

  • Interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team setting
  • Track record of managing clients and/or customers in various settings
  • Organisational skills, event planning experience and the ability to manage multiple requests
  • Collaborative and positive attitude
  • Proactive approach to responsibilities
  • Willingness to learn and also provide opinions on how to improve the business processes
  • Experience using Microsoft Office product suite and other relevant applications

Nice to have

  • Relevant professional experience (incl admin assistant, office management, interacting with large teams)
