Key AccountabilitiesStrategy and Ownership
- Own the product roadmap for Arqiva’s media services portfolio, impacting millions of lives everyday;
- Translate strategic goals into revenue-maximising products, guiding the entire product lifecycle from concept to market success;
- Have the drive and ability to get stuck into the detail to make great ideas a reality;
- Advocate for modern and agile product delivery, driving improvements across the business.
Discovery, Definition and Delivery
- Influence delivery and business leaders across Arqiva to bring alignment and clarity across the Media Services portfolio;
- Prioritise impactful opportunities with strategic outcomes as your guiding principles;
- Be curious! You will challenge assumptions and constantly strive for iterative delivery and improvement;
- Champion our customers and markets, understanding how to balance their needs and market trends with the needs of the business;
- Own and drive product effectiveness, driving key metrics and KPIs
People Management and Development
- Be passionate about people! You will be skilled at mentoring, motivating and getting the best out of the team;
- Lead the team responsible for our media services products and solutions, enabling customers across the globe;
- Contribute to the development of product management capabilities within Technology, through sharing insights, coaching and helping others build their product knowledge.
You’ll have:
- Strong management / leadership experience, with a track record of bringing together and delivering great customer experiences – combined with a familiarity of working in a cross-functional matrix environment;
- An entrepreneurial spirit! You will need to be a self-motivated, dedicated, quick learner;
- Experience of defining and delivering complex B2B digital products and solutions across multiple territories and markets;
- A demonstrable ability to collaborate and influence multiple partners, gaining alignment and approval when appropriate;
- Deep knowledge of the media and broadcast industry, services and technologies enabling the individual to create a vision for the adoption of our media services across the globe;
- Commercial acumen – familiarity with building business cases for the adoption of new technology as well as the launch of new products and services;
- Excellent oral, written communication, inter-personal and presentation skills;
- A blend of curiosity, passion, resilience, and optimism with a strong desire to “make a difference”;
- Owned and/or had responsibility of product portfolio forecasting and tracking.

- Managing a product portfolio involving multiple technologies and engineering disciplines;
- Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile organisational practices;
- Visualisation and collaboration tooling experience;
- Managing and maintaining strong partnerships, with internal and external stakeholders and partner
Qualifications / CertificationsProfessional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPOII) / Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner (CSP-PO) (equivalent or higher)Why join Arqiva?
