– Salary depending on experience, ranges from 55-65k
– Company compensation package, 50% covered by employer

–Responsibilities
– Organizing day to day operations and handle all request for over the road shipments (full truck load, LTL, oversized, etc)
– Find the best carriers for the customers and controlling the carriers costs
– Carrier relations and to negotiate rates and confirm details of each shipment
– Support with custom clearances when necessary
– Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients and transporters
– Be able to handle several projects at the same time including track and trace
– Follow a shipment from beginning to end and ensure all paperwork is processed properlyQualifications
– Minimum 1 year in a transportation in 3PL or Brokerage industry handling dispatching, carrier relations, logistics or similar role
– Fluently bilingual, French and English
– Exceptional customer service and negotiations skills
– Willingness to learn and grow
