- Salary – £38,182 per annum

- Assist with the operational delivery of the Repairs & Maintenance Service.
- Be responsible for performance management activities relating to the team, monitoring and development of training opportunities within the teams, and carrying out Health & Safety inspections.
- Work with our customers to help resolve any issues with their service.
- Record, report, and monitor agreed KPIs, and implement remedial repairs/work plans to achieve targets.
- Positively challenge existing processes and suggest areas for improvement with solutions.
About You:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the management of Health and Safety at an operational level.
- Ideally, have previous experience in a leadership position.
- Educated to HNC or equivalent and/or professionally qualified in property management or a related discipline.
- Possess a full UK driving licence and be able to travel across the region as required.
