  • Assist with the operational delivery of the Repairs & Maintenance Service.
  • Be responsible for performance management activities relating to the team, monitoring and development of training opportunities within the teams, and carrying out Health & Safety inspections.
  • Work with our customers to help resolve any issues with their service.
  • Record, report, and monitor agreed KPIs, and implement remedial repairs/work plans to achieve targets.
  • Positively challenge existing processes and suggest areas for improvement with solutions.

About You:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the management of Health and Safety at an operational level.
  • Ideally, have previous experience in a leadership position.
  • Educated to HNC or equivalent and/or professionally qualified in property management or a related discipline.
  • Possess a full UK driving licence and be able to travel across the region as required.
