We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business at the team leading level and oversee the productivity and welfare of the staff on site.Working PatternFull-time, 37.5 hrs per week on Monday-Friday at 7:00-15:00 + 1 in 4 weekends at 7:30-15:30 and on-call duties outside of working hours.What is involved?
- Responsibility for the safe and efficient practices for decontamination, instrument assembly and sterilisation of instruments, consumables and equipment within predefined quality standards.
- Providing direct and effective supervision to ensure timely delivery of clean and/or sterile instrumentation.
- Operational activities fully comply with all required Health and Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor, Maintain and record all department quality assurance records in accordance with the QMS.
- To proactively monitor, evaluate and ensure that operational activities fully comply with required Health and Safety procedures and guidelines and staff are kept informed and trained on health and safety procedures in the workplace.
- To participate as an integral member of the management team and actively contribute to suggestions of innovation, continuous improvement and best practices.
- To actively assist and support the Production Manager in the planning and operational process.

Required Experience
- Educated to a good general standard with demonstrable verbal and numerical abilities.
- Basic end-user IT skills to operate track and traceability IT system.
