As a Teaching Assistant in a PRU or Alternative Provision, you will play a key role in building a positive and nurturing environment for students who need extra guidance.Key Responsibilities:

• Offer one-on-one and small group support to students with a wide range of needs.
• Assist in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.
• Build strong relationships with students, encouraging their participation and academic development.
• Work closely with teachers and other professionals to maintain a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a PRU or Alternative Provision is highly desirable.
