• Entering timecards & printing payroll checks
• Process direct deposits
• Enter accounts payable invoices
• Record payroll tax deposits
• Bank reconciliation 

Requirements of the Accounting/Bookkeeper

• Microsoft word & excel experience
• Attention to detail
• 1-5 years experience preferred
• Must be able to demonstrate positive customer service interactions
• Must be able to show great work attendance
