Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in the greater Cincinnati area. This role involves handling commercial contracts and litigation, in which the attorney will play a significant role in shaping our legal strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on a range of commercial contracts and business transactions.

• Handle corporate matters, including litigation proceedings.

• Utilize your experience in commercial litigation to handle complex cases.

• Draw on your expertise in commercial contracts to draft, review, and negotiate agreements.

• Work on-site, ensuring that you are available to handle urgent matters.

• Utilize your previous in-house experience to understand and navigate the dynamics of working within a corporate setting.

• Act as a legal counsel, providing advice and guidance on legal matters that may arise within the organization.

Requirements

• Must hold a degree in Law (J.D. or equivalent)

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Attorney/Lawyer

• Proficiency in dealing with Commercial Contracts

• Demonstrated experience in Commercial Litigation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Strong research and analytical skills

• High ethical standards and integrity

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Must be licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction

• Proficient in using legal research software and platforms

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Deep understanding of legal procedures and legislation

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
