The Impact you will have in this role:
As a member of the DTCC Consulting Services team, the Business Support Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the business operations and executive team. This position requires a blend of administrative, operational, and strategic skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in business support roles and possess some Chief of Staff skills to assist in high-level executive support and project management.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects. Ensure that project milestones are met and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Communication: Prepare and review communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure that all communications are clear, concise, and aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Data Management: Maintain and update databases, records, and files. Ensure that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and monitoring. Track expenses and ensure that financial resources are used efficiently.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Act as a point of contact for inquiries and requests.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a business support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
