About the Team

The People Operations team is responsible for managing key People activity that support the entire employee lifecycle covering 15 countries by delivering Payroll management, onboarding, offboarding, benefits management and administration, immigration support and ensuring that all people policies are up to date ensuring compliance with any local labor laws.

About the Role

The temporary People Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting the efficient and smooth delivery of core HR operations during our busiest time of the year. This role involves managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing excellent support to employees and managers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to resolve HR-related queries.

Contract & Data Management

  • Create, update, and close supplier contracts.
  • Update benchmarking codes and data within the HRIS.
  • Approve and process updates to personal information in the HRIS or via a tracker.
  • Approve and process changes related to legal/personal name updates and preferred names.

Employee Lifecycle Administration

  • Generate and distribute bonus and salary letters.
  • Update and file employee sick notes in the HRIS.
  • Add new hires and remove leavers from the Employee Assistance Portal.
  • Initiate, review, and process pre-employment background reports.
  • Manage Day 1 contact details for new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Employee & Management Support

  • Handle reference letter requests via the HRIS or email inbox.
  • Follow up on pending AL requests using the HRIS.
  • Process service waiver requests and external reference checks.
  • Respond to basic HRIS requests, such as approving probation and leaver letters, line manager changes, and contract updates.

Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Prepare ad hoc letters to address specific employee or organisational needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative duties as required.

About You

  • Some experience in an HR or People Operations administrative role desirable.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
