Requirements:

  • Overall experience required in IT should be more than 5 years and should be from a

technology background.

  • Previous business analysis experience in software development projects
  • Should have clarity in verbal and written communication, good articulation skills, and good

analytical reasoning skills.

  • Have a perfect understanding of the ServiceNow platform, capabilities, product

offerings e.g ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, GRC, ITOM, PPM, APP Engine, etc.

  • Have worked on implementing at least one of the product offerings of ServiceNow listed

above or others within SN universe

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering requirements by using interviews, document analysis, workshops, business

process analysis, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis,

as required to produce product specifications

  • Should be able to document business and user requirements as stories, functional and

business documents (FSD, BRD, etc.)

  • Ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to meet product

specifications with the help of Technical Team

  • Own the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, prioritize, negotiate and document

product requirements [business, process and data]

  • Ensure and foster customer engagement
  • Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development and release processes
  • Assist the platform team to develop release estimates
  • Understand project plans and be able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines.

Assist in enforcing project deadlines and schedules.

  • Assist implementation and QA teams during the implementation phase and early detection of

misunderstandings and bugs

  • Perform and handle demos to customers and stakeholders. Address any reported bugs,

feature or change requests

  • Assist stakeholders in the system use in UAT and production environments
  • Work with stakeholders to drive adoption of the implementation
  • Ability to provide thought leadership and identifying new opportunities after analysing

customer environment and pain points would be a plus

  • Understand a Business Consultancy process. Be capable of assessing a customer's current

situation. Be capable of defining Business Analysts' deliverables and their relationship with

Consultancy team deliverables. Be capable of detecting areas of improvement and defining

solutions with the Consultancy team. Be capable of communicating Consultancy results to

technical and business people. Be capable of facilitating the process of transformation of

Business Consultancy in multiple ServiceNow implementation projects

  • Coach team members in good practices and assisting them in overcoming hurdles. Set

expectations regarding what constitutes effective business analysis work and assist team

members to learn and grow.
