As our Consultant or Senior Consultant in Finance Strategy and Transformation, you’ll play a key role in driving financial innovation and strategic change for our clients. What we’re looking for

- Relevant experience for the Consultant role is typically 1-3 years, while the Senior Consultant role requires 3-5 years.
- Consulting and financial services experience, with a focus on business case development, finance strategy, and an understanding of transformation roadmaps.
- Knowledge of finance compliance, regulation awareness, and the ability to assess operational risks.
- Analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights.
- Interest in digital strategy and its application within the finance industry is an advantage.
