Full Job DescriptionWe are thrilled to announce an amazing opportunity to join our team as an Adult Waking Night Support Worker in one of our residential homes in Kirkby Lonsdale!Role: Adult Waking Night Support WorkerSalary: Up to £28,908.36 per annum (dependant on experience and qualifications)Hours: Permanent, Full Time (43.5 hours per week, 12 hour shifts on a 4 on – 4 off pattern)A typical shift pattern would be on a 2 week rotation – e.g. week 1 Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun and week 2 Weds, Thur, Fri.Location: Kirkby Lonsdale, CumbriaEssential: Full UK Driving Licence – why we need this? Our occupants often have days out and trips to local towns and services and have appointments outside of the home, you would be responsible for helping our occupants get out and about in the local area and experience fantastic opportunities.*WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP – All applicants must have authorisation to work in the UK. • Salary

• Unqualified Support Worker = £28,275.00 per annum
• Qualified Support Worker = £28,908.36 per annum

Some of your duties would include:

• Performing nightly tasks such as personal care routines, going to bed, getting up in the morning and making breakfast.
• Supporting individuals to develop independent life skills
• Safeguarding of occupants at all times
• Accurate record keeping
