NDC Tek are currently supporting one of the fastest scaling & most profitable FinTechs in Europe, who are seeking the very best in Agile Coaching to help shake up the payments industry for the better.This organisation is currently undergoing international expansion, so they are in need of Agile Coaches to help enable high performing units by focusing on improving team culture, ways of working, execution and delivery practices and the wider organisational culture to facilitate more effective delivery for customers.In addition, you will help and support units to successfully ship new products and services, as well as enabling a continuous improvement mindset. Identifying dependencies across units and helping mitigate or resolve these to increase effective delivery will also be key in unlocking value for client customers.Day to day requirements:

  • Enable teams in delivering projects & products at a sustainable pace with the focus on customer value
  • Help units to become more self-organising by teaching and facilitating ceremonies and other techniques that help them to improve and deliver on their commitments to their customers
  • Use Agile and Lean practices to help coach and empower the unit to move towards self-management and high performance
  • Gather, interpret and share useful performance metrics for agile units
  • Help to turn units into high performance, autonomous customer machines
  • Promote team self-improvement through autonomy and empowerment
  • Motivate teams, support conflict resolution, promote team successes and challenge failings
  • Understand and assess critical paths, dependencies, and key risks for releasing products/services
  • Enabling units to adapt and evolve their ways of working to become increasingly agile and customer focused

Nice to haves:

  • Experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or in a similar role working with cross functional teams in both technical & non-technical environments
  • Strong organisational and communication skills when approaching problem solving
  • You bring a collaborative approach to working
  • Coaching & mentoring other team members
