Your tasks:

  • Introduction and further development of an information security management system (ISMS) according to BSI standards ISO 27001 / NIST
  • Execution of the information security risk management process (ISRM) from protection needs assessment to risk assessment and risk treatment
  • Conducting information security-related business process and risk analysis as well as proactive security incident handling and risk and emergency management
  • Plan and execute training, as well as consulting and awareness campaigns to promote security awareness within the organization
  • Monitoring and ensuring that the overarching information security management (ISM) requirements are met
  • Auditing the processes defined in the ISMS for plausibility and effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement
  • Implement comprehensive asset management to capture, document, and efficiently manage all devices

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Completed studies in the field of computer science/business informatics or comparable training with a focus on IT security
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of IT security, information security and IT compliance, ideally with knowledge of the ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz frameworks
  • Practical experience with the reformed BSI standards 200-1, 200-2 and 200-3 as well as in common tools such as SAVe, Verinice or similar
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills as well as fluency in German and English (C-level)
  • Independent working style and the ability to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility independently
