Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Prefer significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- HSE: Ensure 5S standards are maintained, planned audits regularly performed, findings addressed on time, boards and metrics are up to date, plan & perform regular “Go See Act” walks to monitor progress and take actions as needed.
- Ensure strong communication & build relationships with support functions (TPM Tech, Controls Tech, engineers, Materials & shipping tech)
- Documents/coaches employee that are not at his/her workstation on time (at the beginning of shift, during breaks); Objective is to create an environment where employees can be depended on when it comes to rotating breaks.
