- Performs role in a manner that is reflective of Brenntag’s Core Values, within regulatory requirements and company policies, programs and expectations;
- Ensures a safe work environment at all times, reporting unsafe conditions immediately to Site Management;
- Provides daily scheduling support and liaises with appropriate personnel to achieve results including the resolution of scheduling, inventory, and/or other conflicts that would affect the quality of product or service being provided;
- Processes incoming and outgoing documentation in SAP business system in a timely manner;
- Creates daily production/sample labels in conjunction with production schedules;
- Responds to internal and external customer specific documentation requests in a timely manner;
- Inputs and maintains customer and production data in the SAP business system and generates reports as requested;
- Supports and follows Brenntag’s ‘Job 7’ product shipment best practices initiatives;
- Completes other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the Site Manager.
YOUR PROFILEEducation and Experience:
- Secondary School Education; College Diploma in business or equivalent would be preferred
- Previous work experience in an administrative function in an industrial environment (1+ years)
- Sound skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience/exposure with ERP systems, preferably SAP, would be considered an asset
