You will enter and maintain product data, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple channels and systems.Serves as the primary administrator for the Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring data integrity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Structures and organizes product data to meet internal standards and optimize for various platforms, including e-commerce, print, and digital marketing. 
• Oversees adding and updating new and existing product information, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms. 
• Manages product data synchronization between the PIM system and external platforms, including ERP systems, websites, and marketplaces. 
• Collaborates with data integrity, marketing, sales, and IT business systems teams to ensure product information aligns with strategic business initiatives. 
• Performs regular audits of the PIM system to identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues. 
• Monitors and analyzes PIM system performance, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 + years of experience in a data entry-related function.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college in business. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalent.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures across various industries. 
• Experienced in data management. 
• Demonstrated understanding of product information management practices. 
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Communicate effectively with multiple levels of business units.
