We’re recruiting for someone with a well-rounded background in accounts payable with at least 3 years of experience.

salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• AP automated environment: invoice matching (2 & 3-way), routing and processing vendor invoices across three companies.

• Misc. vendor specific invoice processing

• Credit card reconciliations

• Vendor maintenance

• Payment related activities

• Ad hoc projects
