Job Summary:
León y Sol Tequila is seeking a Market Sales Representative to spearhead our sales efforts and drive brand penetration in the San Francisco Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the spirits industry, a proven sales track record, and strong existing relationships with local distributors, on-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, and lounges), and off-premise retailers (liquor stores, grocery chains, and specialty shops).

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Penetration: Strategically grow sales and establish León y Sol Tequila in the Bay Area market.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors, on-premise, and off-premise accounts to increase product visibility and availability.
- Brand Representation: Be the face of León y Sol Tequila, representing the brand at tastings, events, and activations to build awareness and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute targeted sales plans, including market analysis, competitor research, and pricing strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the León y Sol marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Customer Education: Conduct product trainings and tastings for buyers, staff, and consumers to highlight León y Sol’s quality and unique story.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in spirits sales, with a strong preference for candidates with tequila or premium spirits experience.
- Relationships: Established connections with Bay Area distributors and key accounts, with the ability to leverage these relationships immediately.
- Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
- Passion: Enthusiasm for the spirits industry, particularly tequila, and a commitment to sharing our brand’s vision.
- Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area with access to reliable transportation.
