Our inclusive primary school in Westminster is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team and help students thrive academically and socially.Role Overview:As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support classroom activities, provide individual or small group assistance, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support for students needing additional help.
- Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students’ emotional and social development through guidance and encouragement.
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and parents.
- Contribute to the preparation of teaching materials and classroom displays.
