The Consulting Manager, Global Philanthropy-Independent Schools will contribute to the GG+A Independent Schools practice area by developing strategies, products and capabilities, marketing and sales plans, and delivery methodologies that enhance the ability to initiate, sustain, and steward the philanthropic missions of our clients. This individual will be responsible for managing project workplans, financials, and client deliverables. They will act as a mentor and supervisor to more junior team members and also play an important role in managing the client relationship and expectations.

Qualifications
Required:
- US Work Authorization
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant managerial experience
- Minimum of 5 years of advancement experience with exposure to major campaign planning
- Experience in an independent school advancement program; personal affiliation with an independent school and/or experience at a liberal arts college a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Exceptional project management skillsets, particularly establishing /executing project workflows
- Superb written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel 1-2 days per week, as needed

- Broad insight to philanthropic management
- Understanding of fundraising best practices and the independent schools sector
