About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Intermediate to join our dynamic team in a largely work-from-home setting. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough integration tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. Your primary focus will be on identifying, documenting, and troubleshooting issues to improve product performance and user experience. You would work closely with the development team in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute integration tests to validate software functionality and performance.

Utilize Jira to manage test cases, track defects, and report testing progress.

Collaborate with development and product teams in Canada to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality.

Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers for resolution.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to process improvements.

Stay updated on new testing tools and strategies to enhance testing efficiency.

Lead and mentor QA team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Analyze incoming issues from the support team, replicate them, and work with relevant teams to understand and resolve the root cause.
Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in a QA role, with a focus on integration testing and team leadership.

Proficiency in using Jira for test management and defect tracking.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Automated Integration tests such as Selenium or Cypress is considered a plus
