Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare deliveries to clients and maintain records of deliveries. Take photos when necessary.
• Practice all safety procedures associated with loading, unloading and driving delivery vehicles.
• Keep a neat personal appearance and be courteous when delivering to clients.
• Help customers at dock when they come for order pick-ups.
• Keep delivery vehicles maintained as indicated via operating manual, notify leadership of any issues.
• Load and unload trucks as needed and assist shipping as needed when not busy with deliveries.
• Review and comply with all details of delivery information to assure the job is properly prepared for delivery.
• Maintenance – take out garbage, keep tissue and paper towel supplies organized in storage upstairs, keep work area clean and organized.
• Take invoices to the billing office.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Commercial driver’s license preferred, but not required.
• Time management to ensure deliveries are made on schedule.
• Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination to stay safe while driving.
• Familiarity with navigation systems a plus.
• Knowledge of shipping equipment and materials.
• Ability to always adhere to safety procedures and transportation laws.
• Ability to adhere to the Core Values of Pollock Printing.
