Non-CDL Driver

Job Description

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced construction supply and equipment rental company. We are seeking a Non-CDL Driver to help meet the demands of our business in the greater San Diego, CA location area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Loading/unloading and driving a F-450 flatbed. 
• Delivering supplies and small equipment to the jobsite. 
• Interfacing with our customers and providing excellent customer service. 
• Cleaning equipment. 
• Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by leadership. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Qualified driving and towing skills. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Well-organized with attention to detail. 
• Positive interpersonal skills and strong work ethic. 
• Ability to work in both a team environment and independently. 
• Ability to move from one task to another efficiently. 
• Maintain a safe work environment. 

Education and Experience 

• Clean Driving Record. 
• Pass a drug screen and MVR check. 
• Trailer experience preferred. 
• Construction supply knowledge (a plus). 
• Construction Equipment knowledge (a plus). 

Physical Requirements 

• Prolonged periods sitting in a vehicle/truck and operating the vehicle/truck safely. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. 

Anticipated starting pay range:

$20.00- $25.00
