Reporting to the Area Manager, as Project Manager you contribute to the implementation of the mandate and the 10-year strategy of Humanity & Inclusion in the country where you are based. You are responsible for implementing your project and ensuring optimal quality and the impact of the project implemented by means of a delegation system with appropriate oversight mechanisms. With all the other HI managers, you share responsibility for the sound management and effective functioning of the global organisation.
In this framework, your main duties:

The security situation in Ukraine remains relatively stable, although air alert is frequently active. However, markets, restaurants and cafes are open, and life continues as normal. There is a strict curfew, the hours depend on the region.
Requirements
Your Profile:
- You have at least 4 years of experience in humanitarian contexts, in project management in emergency or conflict areas,
- You have good skills in project and team management,
- You have excellent communication skills (oral and written),
- You are well organized
