Job Description

General Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support on engineering related projects including document control and project tracking activities.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Support

  • Assist project managers with project documents, deliverables, budgets, schedules, and contracts for assigned projects.
  • Assist with overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, reports, documents, and contracts) on multiple project assignments.
  • Assist with invoicing and purchasing.
  • Keep appropriate project team members informed of status, delivery issues, and other areas as needed.
  • Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management. 
  • Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.

Document Control

  • Provide a variety of project support related tasks involving document control management.
  • Manage document processes and systems to ensure control and availability of documentation.
  • Provide document control for the project per the established processes specified to ensure adherence to quality standards and the project requirements. 
  • Reviews billing activity to ensure compliance with contract requirements and configuration management policies
  • Receive and enter all documents into system ensuring compliance with document control procedures and client requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in engineering administrative support role.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
