HealthX Partners Incorporated (HXP), seeks a Specialist, Executive Operations Support that will serve as the primary administrative and staff resource for the HXP CEO and Senior Executive Team (SET), facilitating seamless coordination within and between the SET and the boards of directors for HXP and its controlled entities. Reporting directly to and acting under the direction of the HXP CEO, plays a key role in supporting executive priorities and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

What You’ll Do

• Support the HXP SET’s meeting cadence, which includes scheduling, preparing agendas, tracking decisions, and handling follow-up communications to ensure seamless execution. Additionally, collaboration with the HXP CEO to optimize the scheduling of engagements, travel plans, and formal communications, ensuring these activities align with the organization’s strategic priorities. .
• Serve as the primary liaison to the HXP board of directors and the boards of controlled entities, managing logistics such as travel, accommodations, and board material preparation. Also works closely with the HXP General Counsel to ensure compliance with governance protocols, required filings, and board-related processes. .
• Act as an internal communications champion for the HXP CEO and SET, liaising with internal and external communication teams across HXP and its controlled entities. Furthermore, Identify and recommend communication opportunities to elevate the visibility of the HXP CEO and SET, ensuring messaging consistency and engagement.
• Maintain an understanding of the activities, funding, and senior staffing of HXP’s controlled entities to support alignment and collaboration across the group. As well as supports cross-entity strategies and initiatives by fostering collaboration and ensuring operational alignment with HXP’s overarching goals.
• Lead or contribute to special projects, process optimization efforts, and strategic initiatives as assigned, ensuring measurable outcomes and enhanced efficiency within the CEO’s office. .

• Less than 10% international travel

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent) in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of related experience. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted.
• Proven experience providing senior-level administrative and operational support to organizational leaders.
• Knowledge of non-profit board governance processes and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, demonstrated in complex and dynamic environments.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and shape this inaugural staff-level role within a growing organization like HXP.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to maintain complete confidentiality for sensitive issues and information.

Salary Ranges:*

HealthX Partners Incorporated (HXP), is committed to pay equity and transparency. We ensure pay meets the market within each country. This approach minimizes our impact on local talent markets and allows HXP to attract and retain employees, while staying cost-competitive.

 

Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, external market analysis, and other business factors permitted by law. Hiring above the mid-point of the range below would not be typical in order to allow for potential future salary growth.

HealthX Partners Incorporated (HXP), is offering the following gross annual salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location:

• For the United States (paid in USD): $69,000 (minimum) – $86,000 (midpoint) – $103,000 (maximum)
