Responsibilities:Purpose of the RoleResponsible for developing and implementing tactical marketing activity plans to meet agreed marketing plan objectives and delivering within budget. Qualifications:Key Responsibilities
- Monitor market conditions and competitor pricing and customer propositions across the areas of the business
- Develop and implement tactical marketing activity as part of the marketing plan, in order to support acquisition and retention targets, new product launches, product enhancements using Marketing Cloud
- Responsible for organising and managing all Tracker events, exhibitions and conferences, both internal and external events
- Liaising with all agencies – ensuring agency delivers marketing activity on time and within budget
- Responsible for defining, measuring and reporting on all digital channel analytics, making recommendations for improvements in order to achieve acquisition and retention targets
- Website management – SEO, PPC (Google Analytics), web content and website re-design CRM (Salesforce)
- Responsible for developing and managing the social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) to support positive engagement with prospects and customers as well as support lead generation
- Responsible for managing email marketing campaign including copy writing and HTML – newsletters, nurturing and lead generation campaigns
- Develop marketing collateral to support sales and marketing initiatives and activity across all areas of the business
- Responsible for brand policing (protect brand integrity) – ensuring Tracker, its employees and third-party organisations adhere to brand guidelines.
- Event management and attendance
- Working with channel managers to support channel marketing
- Working with B2C owners to support subscription renewals through marketing campaign
- Working with international & European colleagues to marketing campaigns to support CalAmp or Lojack international objectives
- Lead and create company newsletters and external comms in line with communications strategy
- Create content for sales & marketing collateral
- Driving new business leads for B2B B2B2C
- Maximizing marketing activity across channels with channel owners
- Keeping records of customer facing marketing requirements & communications
- Managing marketing & project budgets
- Weekly reporting to demonstrate digital activity
Primary Experience
- 1+ years of experience in marketing campaigns and demand generation.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, copy writing and collaboration skills.
Further Experience Considered a Plus
- Degree level education
- Experience with telematics insurance
- Experience in large multinational companies
