Hybrid – Tewkesbury, GBR

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR team at our state-of-the-art facility in Tewkesbury. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR administrative support, act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries, and contribute to various HR initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer HR-related documentation and processes, including offer letters, contracts, and leaver documentation.

Maintain accurate records for employee life-cycle events such as starters, leavers, and transfers.

Act as a super-user on HR systems, resolving employee queries and supporting self-service.

Ensure HR systems are up-to-date and accurate, liaising closely with Payroll.

Manage employee background screening and compliance requirements.

Deliver HR induction for new employees and develop induction content.

Coordinate the exit process for leavers and conduct exit interviews.

Provide data and KPIs for management reports and documents.

Support the annual pay review process and coordinate work experience procedures.

Manage Occupational Health provision and absence data reporting.

Support HR projects and initiatives, including continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

Essential:

Previous experience in an HR environment.

Committed to standards of business ethics and high levels of confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Desirable:

CIPD qualified or working towards Level 3 in HR Practice.

Experience with Workday is beneficial.

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
