JOB TITLE: IT Help Desk Analyst

LOCATION: Bothell, WA

PAY RATE: $23-30/hour

Summary: 

• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
• Administer Help Desk system, managing incidents and service requests.
• Support and monitor IT help desk performance standards.
• Ensure quality service by enforcing organizational standards.
• Manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks to IT Help Desk Analysts.
• Provide a consistent, responsive, and customer-focused IT support experience.
• Assist in IT project implementation, from planning to completion.
• Oversee cable plant management, license administration, and asset tracking.
• Set up new workstations, process return merchandise authorizations, and update system hardware/software.
• Maintain and distribute help desk metrics, technical documentation, and administrative records.
• Provide user support, training, and issue resolution for system applications.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Manage IT equipment installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with company IT security policies.
• Maintain organized IT storage and workspaces.

Required Skills:

• Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent with 3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Windows 10, Active Directory (Windows Server 2022), and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in cybersecurity/major incident response preferred.
• Strong customer service, technical writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs. and sit for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel/work outside core hours as needed.
