SAP Business Analyst – HybridWe have a rewarding opportunity for an SAP Business Analyst to join our team in Ottawa, ON!AS our SAP Business Analyst, you will be for responsible for supporting one of the Business Systems utilized by CWC (SAP) in accordance with the organization’s business plan and industry requirements. You will work both independently and as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance related to the business implications of the application.You will be responsible for supporting one of the ERP Business Systems utilized by CWC (SAP ECC and S/4 HANA) in accordance with the organization’s business plan and industry requirements.Location: Ottawa, ONWe Take Care of Our PeoplePaid Time Off I RRSP with Employer Match I Health and Wellness Benefits I Learning and Development Opportunities I Competitive Pay I Referral Program I Recognition I I *Your Challenge:Gain and apply functional knowledge of one of the SAP Modules to ensure that business processes are functioning efficiently while working directly with the user community.Support and enhance a single instance of SAP ERP (ECC) rolled out to multiple sites internationally with a minimum of one of the SAP modules.Work with business stakeholders to define and baseline processes for the SAP S/4 HANA migration (2025)Work with business stakeholders and technical staff in the resolution of technical process issues and respond to enhancement requirements with full solution proposals.Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future system requirements to meet organizational needs in the SAP functional Space.Evaluate and recommend best practice solutions to achieve departmental / business unit objectives through discovery workshops.Provide functional consulting on complex projects and expertise in the formulation of systems scope and objectives relative to the organization’s business plan and industry requirements within one of the SAP functional areas.Adhere to defined processes within the Business System environment to ensure sustainable compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.Some travel may be requiredWhat You Bring:1-5 years’ experience with SAPExperience with ISO qualifications an assetCollege diploma or equivalent experienceExperience in Aerospace and Defense an assetStrong written and oral communications as well as a team-oriented playerStrong Time Management skills and willingness to learn and take on new approachesWilling to learn complimentary SAP modules to expand on existing knowledgeExperienced with implementations using ACTIVATE methodologyExperienced supporting a large user baseWho We AreAt our world-class manufacturing and design facility in Ottawa, Ontario, we manufacture rugged products optimized for high-mix, high quality and small batch sizes typical of military requirements.
