Position Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Product Analyst for a fast-paced data driven project within a large program. This individual needs be handle this work with minimal supervision, be savvy and proactive member of the team who will support an end-to-end digitalized platform with large data needs. The candidate is required to provide analytical insights related to business/product issues and opportunities to align with the business/product vision, serve as primary interface between technology and a specific business product, work with Business and Operations Stakeholders to define problems and recommend solutions to meet needs, be a facilitator of requirements sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the company, and define business translations maintaining alignment with up‐stream and build data lineage.

The Product Analyst will be part of the Credit Risk Transfer (CRT) line of business helping to transform the way in which Freddie Mac does business.

Your Impact:

  • Proactive candidate with good documentation skill (this role will be building backlog)
  • Write user stories and edit acceptance criteria, making sure each story aligns
  • Analysis for data mapping, creating data lineage, facilitating conversations with current customers to get details around data
  • Conducting refinement sessions
  • Capable for being self-directed at work and capable of performing tasks independently
  • Proactive in engaging with the lead to share findings from his/her analysis and working
  • Collaborating with developers
  • Facilitating/completing review and approval process

Qualifications:

  • College Degree or equivalent experience is required, with advanced studies or degrees preferred.
  • Candidates should typically have 5 – 7 years of related experience
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Mortgage experience is a plus

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $100,000 – $150,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
