Our client is a leading private markets investment platform offering private investors exclusive access to private equity, private debt, commercial property, and alternative investment opportunities. They are looking for an Events & Marketing Executive to take charge of their client event programme and support various marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for an energetic marketing professional who enjoys managing events, social media marketing (via LinkedIn), and ensuring a strong brand presence.The successful candidate will be involved in:
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and deliver an engaging calendar of online and in-person events to enhance client relationships and support investment fundraising.
- Work closely with internal teams to tailor event content for different client groups.
- Oversee the entire event process, from sending invitations and tracking registrations to handling logistics and post-event communications.
- Organise the firm’s annual client off-site event
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, sharing content that highlights internal events, industry insights, and portfolio updates.
- Assist in executing email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Maintain and update the company website by uploading news, refreshing content, and managing the events calendar.
Industry Events & Award Submissions
- Identify key industry events where senior team members can participate as speakers or network with industry professionals.
- Research and manage award submissions, ensuring the firm and its portfolio companies are well represented in relevant industry recognitions.
Brand & Marketing Support
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as sourcing images, processing invoices, and organising promotional materials.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experienced in event planning and marketing, ideally within financial services or the investments industry
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working under pressure
- A confident communicator, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), LinkedIn, CRM systems, and website CMS
- A self-starter with the initiative to take ownership and drive projects forward.
