Its portfolio includes several internationally recognized brands.We are currently seeking a Medical Representative to cover the Quebec territory, primarily in Greater Montreal and the Ottawa region. The selected candidate will be responsible for the ethical promotion of medical products to a selected group of physicians and healthcare professionals to enhance their knowledge and ensure appropriate product use in compliance with applicable regulations.Responsibilities

  • Provide promotional information and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals (physicians, pharmacists, etc.) to promote products and their proper use while adhering to ethical guidelines.
  • Organize and optimize territory management based on the company’s strategy, combining in-person meetings and virtual interactions (Teams/Zoom), and collaborate with internal stakeholders (trainers, merchandisers, sales representatives, etc.).
  • Provide physicians with objective and validated information, covering all regulatory and pharmacotherapeutic aspects of the products presented (indications, dosage, treatment duration, side effects, drug interactions, treatment monitoring, prescription limitations).
  • Propose and oversee public relations initiatives within the allocated budget.
  • Report any pharmacovigilance-related information, including off-label product use.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of sector budgets and performance indicators.
  • Manage samples, commercial products, and promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a medical or scientific field.
  • Scientific accreditation (CFPC-CCPE) is an asset.
  • Minimum of two to three years of experience as a Medical Representative.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
  • Ideally residing in the Greater Montreal area.

Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge of dermatological care products.
  • Experience in territory management.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and CRM software (Microsoft Office).

  • Permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
  • Base salary plus a competitive bonus program.
