You have:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant social science discipline or an acceptable combination of education, experience, and training.
- Proficiency in both French and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- A minimum of three (3) years of cumulative and relevant experience that includes monitoring, evaluation and research.
- A sound understanding of designing or implementing monitoring and/or evaluation processes.
- An enhanced knowledge of using databases and data analysis for monitoring, learning and reporting as well as undertaking research, synthesizing research results, identifying evaluation opportunities, gaps, and needs.
