We’re looking for an experienced people leader and strategic problem solver to head up our Medical Affairs Chapter in the UK. As a Medical Affairs Chapter Lead, you’ll empower cross-functional squads through capability building, champion a high-performing culture, and ensure our medical affairs expertise meets both today’s and tomorrow’s needs. You’ll lead a group of dedicated Medical Lead Managers, shape foundational and future-focused work, and ensure we remain a trusted scientific partner for patients and stakeholders.At Roche, we work to deliver what patients need next.
