Opportunity to join a growing technology services organisation with a customer base that includes household names and brands. They are seeking a Legal Counsel with existing commercial contracts experience to join a tight-knit legal team where you report directly into the Head of Legal, advising on: * Drafting, reviewing and negotiating business critical customer contracts, as well as contracts with suppliers; * Advising on IP, GDPR and general legal & compliance matters; * Managing relationships with key stakeholders and advising on ad hoc legal queries. This opportunity would be appropriate for a Legal Counsel already working in house, seeking an autonomous role within a supportive environment. Or alternatively, for a lawyer currently working in private practice seeking to utilise their commercial contracts experience in a business setting. This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week in their Central London office. The salary is between £60,000 – 70,000 plus benefits. BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
