Now Hiring: Digital Print Operator
Shift Options:
- 2nd Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hr + Based on experience (BOE)
Location: Hartland, WI

What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor digital print machines.
- Load paper and substrates; retrieve files from the server for printing.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain printers.
- Document quality checks and track work progress.
- Assist with other printing tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Familiarity with digital print equipment and basic maintenance.
- Strong computer skills (Windows, Microsoft software).
- Ability to read and follow job instructions, solve problems, and ensure safety standards.
- Must be comfortable with physical tasks, including repetitive lifting (up to 20 lbs) and standing for long periods.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise level; occasional exposure to dust or toner.
- Requires attention to detail, color vision, and close-up work.
