Job Description:Fujitsu is looking for very personable individuals who possess a very flexible attitude to join an application maintenance services (AMS) team. We are looking for an intermediate to senior Business Analyst resources with extensive experience working with clients and supporting a maintenance team. This resources will be responsible for the following:
Must have experience

• Must have experience working in AMS
• Must be capable of big picture thinking to analyze beyond the immediate solution and identify all impacts and risks.
• Must be able to consult business client’s talking in business terms and translate that into requirements for the maintenance team.
• Interacting with business clients to gather their business and technical requirements.
• Analyze requirements to provide solutions satisfactory to the client, taking into account established standards and guidelines.
• Provide estimates for implementing requirements.
• Translating business requirements into Functional Specifications.
• Understand the importance of the user experience and user interfaces.
• Design user interfaces for business application.
• Performing functional testing of application and business functions may be required periodically
• Ensure solution is viable and cohesive with existing applications.
• Liaise with developers and testers to support implementing the design.
• Must have experience with traditional web applications
• Must have extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics/Power Apps
• Myst

Other

• Must have strong English communication skills
• Must be willing to work during working hours in the Alberta (MST) timezone

Must Have Skills:-

• Experience with AMS
• Understanding client requirements and developer needs
• Working directly with the client as a first point of contact
