Job Description:I’m recruiting Finance Assistant for an established Property Management business based in the heart of Edinburgh. Working in a small office there is an opportunity to get involved in various areas of the business.RoleMaintain accurate financial records and ledgersProcess invoices, receipts, and paymentsReconcile bank statements and monitor cash flowPrepare VAT returns and support month-end reportingManage payroll and employee expense claimsHandle supplier and customer queriesSupport budgeting and financial forecastingMaintain filing systems and general office adminAssist with compliance and audit preparationLiaise with external accountants as neededProfile
- Previous experience in a similar role, using XERO is essential
