About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to manage expenses for our General & Administrative (G&A) departments, including Finance, Legal, and Human Resources. You will contribute to the preparation and analysis for our budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes and financial reporting and special projects.

You will report to the Director of Finance and collaborate with G&A leadership and other departments. This is a hybrid remote/in-office role, requiring three days in our New York office and two days working remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • You will review and communicate financial information, including budgets and forecasts, to G&A and Finance leadership.
  • You will collaborate with Accounting to review close activities, including providing variance explanations for internal reporting.
  • You will respond to ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and implement process improvements in assigned areas.
  • You will investigate and research accounting questions to ensure financial activity is aligned with our policies and GAAP.
  • You will support the adoption and successful rollout of AI tools for G&A departments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • 3+ years of experience interpreting and summarizing financial data
  • 2+ years of experience delivering presentations and collaborating with senior partners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with Workday, Gemini, or other AI tools

The annual base pay range for this role is between:

$95,000 – $105,000 USD
