Link3 is looking for an experienced, passionate Nursery Manager to lead our nursery group branch in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire (WD3). This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and confident leader to take ownership of a high-quality early years setting.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring smooth and effective operations
• Lead, mentor, and support staff to deliver outstanding early years care and education
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, safeguarding policies, and health & safety regulations
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community
• Monitor and enhance curriculum delivery in line with the EYFS framework
• Manage staffing, resources, and budgets efficiently

Requirements:

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education (Level 5+ desirable)
• Proven experience in a nursery management or senior leadership position
• In-depth knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted inspection requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment
