Banking & Finance Lawyer – Associate (2–6 PQE)
Location: Glasgow, United Kingdom
Salary: £70k+A leading international law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious junior-level Banking & Finance Lawyer to join its highly regarded Finance team based in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile, market-leading transactions within a dynamic and supportive environment.The RoleYou will be involved in a wide range of banking and finance matters, including:

• Leveraged finance
• Real estate finance
• Corporate banking
• Fund financing
• Central bank advisory work
• Loan portfolio transactions

You will work closely with a prestigious client base, including major UK and international banks, investment institutions, and government-backed lenders.Recent Highlights

• Advising on a £2.5bn residential mortgage portfolio acquisition
• Financing a £300m port redevelopment project
• Acting on a £1.3bn cross-border refinancing deal

The Ideal CandidateYou will:

• Have 2–6 years’ post-qualification experience in banking, corporate, real estate, or projects law
• Be commercially astute and client-focused
• Possess strong academic credentials
• Be a collaborative team player with excellent communication and project management skills
