Description

We’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our LATAM HR team with documentation, data management, and cross-regional coordination. This role will work directly with the LATAM HRBP while providing support to our country-specific HR Coordinators in Mexico, Panama, Brazil, and Colombia.

Requirements

  • Support HR Coordinators with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Implement and maintain a logical file organization system for HR documentation
  • Conduct regular audits and cleansing of HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Standardize file naming conventions and folder structures across countries
  • Assist with the migration of files to new organizational systems
  • Support the preparation of regional HR presentations and communications
  • Provide administrative support to the HRBP LATAM as needed
  • Develop and maintain a calendar of compliance deadlines across countries
  • Send reminders to appropriate coordinators for upcoming requirements
  • Track completion status of compliance requirements
  • Develop process maps, flowcharts, and visual guides for key HR operations

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent documentation and written communication abilities
  • Meticulous approach to data cleansing and information management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced English level
  • Interest in HR operations and process improvement

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree

Work Hours: 8
